Arisa has been a hair stylist over 20 years in Japan and U.S. She notices a lot of scalp problems such as dandruff and hair loss on her clients for years and always wanted to give some right advices to help them. Finally she decided to be a Certified Trichologist and got a  clinical training. Now she originated to combines trichology and japanese headspa to help people who has concern about anything about their scalp and hair.
